We shall be reviewing infrastructure development across the world, and develop an appropriate framework for Zimbabwe, taking into cognisance the potential role of PPP's, PFI's and so forth

I thing there is so much potential in Africa aid it remains an opportunity for the current crop of young leaders to make a difference. Watching the send off of Michael Jackson yesterday made me realise that there is so much that the human race can do to improve the lives of others. We only need to look at the man or woman in the mirror!!!
